Following the merger of the Harcourts and McGrath agencies in Kiama with First National Gerringong, the new entity will focus on both coastal and rural properties.
Terry Digger and Jason Stalgis, the Principals behind the successful First National agency in Gerringong, are excited to lead the new Coast & Country business.
“Our focus is to deliver a whole new level of expertise across the coastal and rural property sector; combining top results, outstanding customer service with an enhanced support network,” Mr Digger said.
Mr Stalgis said the group would deliver a renewed focus on the rural property market, which was the inspiration for the new name – Coast and Country.
“Combining the experience and longevity of the agents in the Kiama and Gerringong offices means we have more people collectively working hard to provide our customers with the best service possible,” he said.
Rate my Agent “Agent of the Year – Kiama and Kiama Downs”, Marnie Beauchamp and former Principal of McGrath Kiama was upbeat about the new venture and looking forward to focusing on what she does best – selling homes.
“I am excited about the chance to take a step back from the day to day running of the business to focus all of my attention on my current and future clients,” she said.
“Jason and Terry have thought outside the square with these mergers to create a strong local presence. Working together, we are confident in our ability to provide the best real estate experience available in our area.
“My team and I are excited about the opportunity afforded by working with Jason and Terry.”
The new-look business will operate from the former McGrath office at 2/110-112 Terralong St, Kiama. While the team from the former Harcourts office will move a few doors down the street to join forces with their new colleagues.
Mr Stalgis will remain in the Gerringong office to lead the team in the south precinct.
Susan Spence and Andy Wharton, former owners of Harcourts Kiama, were equally enthusiastic about the new entity.
“It’s a wonderful opportunity for the Kiama market. In one way or another, all agents in the new First National Coast & Country have made their mark in the community over many years, and it’s important to note that we are already a well-established, successful and experienced team,” Mrs Spence said.
