The pair were spotted perched on the side of the cliff that overlooks the first bend in the road heading north.
It is believed the pair walked through bushland along the cliff side and then climbed up to their precarious position.
It’s not the first time people have risked their lives to get the perfect photo – others have taken to walking along the nearby train line to find a vantage point.
That’s a practice that has worried officers from the Police Transport Command, who have looked to crack down on it.
