With an array of displays on offer, the weekend will begin at 10am on Saturday with the commencement of the Art Show at Club Jamberoo.
The Art Show will be held by the Jamberoo Art Group in conjunction with the Jamberoo Red Cross. It runs on Saturday and Sunday and entry is free.
The Illawarra Rose Society will host the Illawarra Spring Rose Festival at Jamberoo Municipal Hall, Allowrie Street on Saturday (12pm-5pm) and Sunday (9am-4pm).
Chief steward and club president Robert Curll said the event will feature a number of pieces.
“Within the rose show specifically we are going to have hundreds of roses,” he said.
“We will have a stand for the best perfumed rose as well as the display. After the show, we will close a little bit earlier and roses will be available for sale to anyone who wants to buy them. We will also have products available for sale as well.”
Mr Currl said the weekend will be a great celebration and appeal to a wide variety of interests.
“As well as the rose show, there will be plenty for everyone to see,” he said.
“There will be a monster raffle and because of the amount of sponsorship we have received, I think there is about ten prizes for people.
“You never really know how many exhibitors we are getting until the last minute, but we have had an overwhelming response from sponsors so we can put on an incredible show.”
Promising a variety of vintage, classic and modified bikes, the Jamberoo car show will begin on Sunday, October 23 at 10am.
Organised by the Jamberoo Red Cross and Jamberoo Rural Fire Service, Mr Currl said the event will be great for those interested in cars.
“The car show will be running as well and it will have a number of cars,” he said.
“There will be hotted-up ones and will be worth seeing.”
The Family Fun Day will also be running on Sunday, October 23 at Kevin Walsh Oval, Jamberoo.
The event is set to begin at 10am and conclude at 3pm, and will require a gold coin donation.
