Having raised more than $7000, Naomi has registered yet again and is determined to have another successful year with a major fundraiser set for July.
The ‘Charity Ride on the Kiama Picnic Train’ will be held on Saturday, July 30, and will feature rides on an historic steam train from the 1930’s. The steam train will depart from Kiama Station before heading along Bombo Beach to Minnamurra River. Once it has refilled with water, it will return to Kiama Station.
The Blowhole Buskers will be entertaining passengers at the station. All proceeds contribute to the Cancer Council’s research, prevention, information and support services.
Passengers are requested to be at Kiama Station at 12.30pm in readiness for the train’s departure at 12.50pm.
Tickets for the Charity Ride are $15 per person, and can be purchased from the Kiama Visitors’ Information Centre. Also, online donations for the Cancer Council may be made directly by searching for ‘Kiama 2016 Naomi Robinson’.
