5.10pm: Unfortunately organisers have had to call off the rodeo tonight at Kiama Show due to slippery conditions.
5.03pm: So many cute animal at the Pet Show!
3.54pm: A small storm has cooled things off here at the show, but it has not deterred the entrants in the Pet Show, they are streaming through the gate!
3.30pm: The working Stock Horse class – An Australian tradition lives on.
2.25pm: The proposed council merger is a hot topic at the Kiama Show this year – even in the children’s section!
2pm: Clydesdales now making an appearance and the baby goats are making plenty of racket at the petting zoo.

1.08pm: Congratulations to junior exhibitor, Matilda Kristen with her prize-winning arrangement in an egg cup.

12.03pm: The junior paraders are about to make their way into the ring, Good luck Braeden Marsh, Shaun McParland and Courtney Marsh.
11.51pm: It was lovely to meet Brian Divers today at the show, you never know who you bump into. Brian worked in newspapers in London before moving to Australia.
11.44am: Congratulations to local competitor Ned Calcraft taking out first place in the John and Margaret Hinton Showjump 1.15m with his mount Rothswaite Belvedere!
11.24am: Come and say hi to the Kiama Independent team at the show today! We are just outside the pavilion front door.
11.20am: The horses have taken centre stage, with show jumping in main arena.
10.30am: Is there a prettier spot for a country show than Kiama? I don’t think so!
10am: The cattle events are keeping everyone entertained – nothing like the smell of fresh cow pats in the morning!
