Identified through Shellharbour's City Council's Healthy Ageing Strategy community consultation process, the list has been compiled to provide a catalogue of activities that people over the age of 50 are able to participate in within the Shellharbour local government area.
More than 300 people registered their ideas that were used to compile the list of 100 things to do before you reach 100.
The list contains 96 ideas with tick boxes, with room for four more to be added by the participants themselves.
Mayor Marianne Saliba said it was a sample of the activities and events that people could become involved in.
"It's the accumulation of experiences over time that makes our lives diverse and by trying new things we can increase our vibrancy and wellbeing into our older age," Cr Saliba said.
"This bucket list includes free opportunities for people to express themselves, share and learn; to connect and interact - all fundamental to being part of a community," she said.
Most of the items on the list are free and easily accessible to people of all ages and include things such as self-guided historical and heritage trail walks, kayaking, volunteering, scenic flights and photography classes.
The online list can be downloaded and ticked as each activity is completed.
The bucket list also comes in a small, folded-card format.
