During a ten-week period the centre will get active in encouraging and inspiring women to try different types of exercise. Participants can choose from circus, tai chi, zumba, strength and conditioning, outdoor group exercise and boxing.
The classes are held on Monday through to Saturday and there are two evening classes a week.
Health promotion manager Gabi Martinez said physical activity could make people feel good as well as control their weight.
"We encourage women to join up with a friend or join up to meet new people in the exercise program at our friendly and welcoming centre," she said.
Ms Martinez said all women were welcome and particularly those who feel they may be unfit, are smokers, overweight or feel generally unhappy.
The centre also has a doctor, dietitian and smoking cessation programs.
