Teams played at Illawarra District Netball Association's courts at Berkeley and at Campbelltown District Netball Association.
The weekend was extremely cold and all players were a credit to the association both on and off the court.
Players at Illawarra District Netball Association also had to deal with some strong winds, which meant that the girls were without team tents for part of the weekend.
The under-12 division 3 team consisted of Brianna Cairns, Ellie Cashman, Tahlia Collinge, Danni Cooke, Isabelle Crowe, Jessica Daly, Tayla Hall, Lauren Humphries, Carla O'Meley, Alexandra Wallace, coach Emily Robinson and manager Sara Hall. The girls placed fourth overall for the weekend.
The under-13 division 3 team of Shea Cuppit, Georgia Deen, Jemison Joyce, Tiffany-Jane Jurd, Jasmin Kirk, Amy McHugh, Scarlette Potter, Emily Stewart, Emma Stojanovic and Ellie Van Tempest, alongside coach Tonille Smith and manager Carolyn Smith, placed 20th overall for the weekend.
The under-14 division 2 squad of Georgia Barr, Savanna Cleaven, Karlia Cook, Zoe Dignam, Gabriella Downing, Eva Lawrence, Staffanie Lockett, Charlotte Lourey, Bronte McHugh and Te Ana Te Ua, as well as coach Debbie Sedgwick and managers Garry and Sandra Dodd finished sixth overall.
The under-15 division 3 team of Rhya Cairns, Shaylee Dodd, Laiken Gladwell, Karen Hackenburg, Marley Hewett, Olive Ivanoff, Kayla Lemass, Kiara Spence and Emily Tonkins, aided by coach Rebecca Jeziorny and manager Allison Lemass, placed 16th overall.
The Kiama association would like to thank the coaches, managers, umpires, players and parents for the time and dedication demonstrated at representative carnivals and State Age Championships throughout 2014, and look forward to 2015.
