Police have charged a second man after an alleged aggravated armed robbery in Kiama last month.

About 11.20pm on Saturday, April 26, 2014, police were called to a club on Noorinan Street, following reports of an armed robbery.
Police have been told two men allegedly armed with a pistol and a knife entered the club and threatened staff, demanding cash. Officers have been told a male patron challenged the man armed with the gun, who discharged it.
The round missed the patron and hit the wall behind him, the offender then left on foot with a quantity of cash. No one was injured during the incident.
Lake Illawarra Local Area Command commenced an investigation into the robbery.
On Monday investigators attended a home in Parkes Street at Port Kembla.
Officers observed a 21-year-old man who fled from them. A foot pursuit ensued, where the man jumped a number of fences, however he was arrested in the garage of a dwelling on Illawarra Street.
The man was taken to Lake Illawarra Police Station where he was charged with in company rob while armed with dangerous weapon, fire firearm manner likely injure persons/property, possess unregistered unauthorised prohibited firearm in public place and fire firearm at other than dwelling disregarding safety.
The man was refused bail and will appear at Wollongong Local Court Tuesday.
A 25-year-old Barracks Heights man faced Wollongong Court on April 30, 2014, charged with several firearms offences.
