This is the fourth competition developed by the Navy for the lifesaving community and a great opportunity for clubs to win a fantastic prize for all their members to use to keep fit.
It is perfect for club members racing in the Navy Australian Surf Rowers League (Navy ASRL) series.
The Navy is proud to have the naming rights for the 2013-14 Navy ASRL series, and to show their support of the valuable work that volunteer surf lifesavers do.
Club members, family, friends and the community need to 'like' the Navy ASRL Facebook page, form a team of five rowers and play Row Rhythm to try and achieve one of the highest scores to win their club one of three prizes.
Team members must row a figure eight course in sync with each other.
Members can submit one entry per day for their nominated club for the duration of the competition.
Two Navy hoodies will be awarded to competitors each week. The promotion finishes on February 6.
The winners will be announced at the Navy Australian Open event at Stockton, Newcastle.
