The citizenship ceremony will take place in Hindmarsh Park from 11am until noon, including an address from Australia Day ambassador Lyndey Milan and entertainment from Penny Hartgerink.
Welcome the new citizens by bringing a picnic blanket or fold-up seating, as official seating will be reserved for 11 inductees from the UK and South Africa and their families.
Kiama Downs Surf Life Saving Club and Minnamurra Rotary Club will team up again this year to run a breakfast and activities at the Kiama Downs Surf Club from 7.30am.
Activities will include flag-raising, sand modelling, a treasure hunt, the Brickies' Relay, thong throwing and a basketball shoot-out.
Surf club captain Josh Douglas said the event's uniqueness made it popular each year.
"It's just a bit of fun and it's something different," he said.
"Hopefully it'll be a sunny day and everyone will come down to enjoy Australia Day."
New to the Kiama Downs program this year will be live music, played on the club's deck from 2pm.
At the Gerringong Surf Club, proceedings will also start at 7.30am, featuring a breakfast and a Teddy Bear's Picnic with prizes for the best-dressed bears.
There will also be children's games and volleyball.
For the adults, there will be book and white elephant stalls, while guest speaker Glenn Kolomeitz and The Rusty Hinges will perform.
The Gerringong events will be co-organised by the Gerringong Sunrise Rotary Club, the Gerringong Lions Club, the Gerringong RSL Sub-Branch and the Gerringong Surf Life Saving Club.
Meanwhile, the Jamberoo Red Cross branch, the Jamberoo Rural Fire Service and the Shanks family will host a breakfast barbecue and family activities at Reid Park, Jamberoo, from 8.30am.
The Kiama breakfast, organised by the Kiama Rotary Club and Kiama Municipal Council, will be at Coronation Park from 7.30am, featuring face painting, a jumping castle and an appearance by Ms Milan.
