Member for Kiama Gareth Ward said the 36-metre concrete girders would arrive on Sunday, January 19 and Wednesday, January 22 between 5am and 9am, weather permitting.
"The concrete girders, known as ‘super-T girders’ will support the new bridge to be built at the Rose Valley Road interchange," he said.
"As the super-T girders travel south from Newcastle, there may be delays between 12am and 9am and also where the road is too narrow to allow traffic in both directions."
NSW Police will escort the two deliveries, each involving three heavy vehicles.
The girders weigh up to 100 tonnes.
Mr Ward said short road closures would be in place on the Princes Highay near Rose Valley Road while the deliveries take place.
"Motorists are advised to plan their journey and follow all signs," he said.
