Maddison Sellick was last seen at her home in Albion Park Rail on Monday.
Concerns are held for her welfare due to her young age and police are appealing for assistance from the community to locate her.
Maddison is described as being of caucasian appearance, approximately 165cm tall, with a solid build, light brown hair, wearing black jeans, grey hooded jumper and carrying a black coloured satchel bag.
Anyone who sees Maddison, or believes they know her whereabouts, are urged to contact Lake Illawarra Police immediately on 4232 5599, or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
