Head to Kiama Surf Beach and dare to bare for Cupid's Undie Run at 9.30am
Participants strip down to their undies for a 1.5km walk or run, with an exclusive afterparty including food, drinks and entertainment at the finish line.
They also raise funds for the Children's Tumour Foundation (CTF) and shine a light on the genetic disorder, Neurofibromatosis (NF).
NF affects 1 in every 2,500 births and causes tumours to grow on any of the 100 billion nerves in the body. It can affect major organs and lead to blindness, bone abnormalities, deafness, disfigurement, learning difficulties and death.
Sufferers are subject to bullying and feeling isolated because they're different.
Cupid's Undie Run Race Director for Kiama, Julia Szulerowski and her daughter Jessica both live with NF.
"People with NF feel vulnerable and like they're beings tared at every day," Julia said.
"The undie run gives people a glimpse of what it's like to live with this relentless disease."
Julia has been involved with CTF for a number of years, and said the cause is dear to her heart.
"It takes me way out of my comfort zone, because I hate asking for things," she said.
"But the government only gives $20,000 a year, which is about $2 per person with the disease."
Australia-wide, the foundation hopes to raise over $500,000 to provide support for those impacted by NF and fund research to develop treatments and one day, find a cure.
"A primary aim of the CTF is to have a NF Clinic in every state so that everyone has access to specialist care," a spokesperson said.
