Mr Fuller's great-great-grandparents emigrated to Australia from Ireland, and from 1865 onward, the Fuller family made an impact on the commercial scene with the purchase of the southern division of the Peterborough Estate.
They constructed Dunmore House on the site, which remained tied to the Fuller family until the mid-20th century.
Mr Fuller continues to live in the region, and has written a family history book called 'Against All The Odds'.
He will be speaking at the Kiama Family History Centre on Railway Parade, Kiama, from 2.30pm on Saturday, August 17.
The talk will take the form of a Q&A, and he will respond to a prepared format in collaboration with historic society treasurer Gordon Bell. The presentation will focus on the Fuller family's historic links to the Kiama community.
Copies of his book will be available for purchase. This is a free event with afternoon tea provided. All welcome.
