Organisers say a number of residents in the Illawarra are concerned about new 5G telecommunication infrastructure.
"Probably the only topic on which most of us would agree is that health is paramount to all," said organiser Jolanta Gallagher.
"That is why the concerned community members are urged to attend a Community Hearing on Saturday,July 27. A discussion panel will include four experts in relevant fields, and the meeting will conclude with a question and answer session."
The 'Keep the Illawarra 5G Free - Community Hearing' will be held on Saturday, July 27, from 1pm-3pm at the Wollongong Seniors Centre, 192 Gipps Road, Gwynneville.
