The titles concluded Monday, July 8, after three days of action at Baulkham Hills and Penrith District Netball Association.
More than 2,000 players, representing 232 teams from 85 Associations from all over New South Wales, took part in the event, formerly known as the Netball NSW State Age Championships.
Club president Rhonda Beedles said everyone was "very proud" of the side.
"We've done very well over the past few years," she said.
"And they were undefeated, so that was even better."
It's a team effort to pull together a competition-ready side.
"They start training at the beginning of February, fitness on Tuesday and skills on Thursday," Ms Beedle said.
"They play together as a team in our senior division two competition, and they also go away to play at carnivals against other associations in the lead up to the titles.
"It's quite an effort, and takes dedication and time from the coach and manager to get them ready to play for three days."
After a short break, the girls will come back together for off-season training, ahead of selections for the under 15s side in February 2020.
