All at the junior cricket games on Bonaira Oval have donated what they can to The McGrath Foundation’s Pink Stumps Day fundraiser.
Bandanas were the most popular order of the day, they had sold out by 11am.
Mums were offered some respite from the sun in a nearby reserve and made donations to take part in yoga classes through the morning.
Kiama Cavaliers teams who were playing away on Saturday still bought pink gear, and wore it to matches across the region.
The highlight at Bonaira – the third grade match against Gerringong from 1pm.
The juniors also hosted a BBQ, crazy catch competition, and pink raffle with a chance to win a Pink Stumps Day kit containing bag, stumps, keeping pads, and bandanas.
The McGrath Foundation raises money to place Breast Care Nurses in regional communities across Australia.
