"It was such a nice day, and 'Funkytown' came on, so I got down to the budgie smugglers and was busting out," Mr Duncan said.
"One of the blokes from work was sent a video saying 'check out this bloke', and he said 'I work with him'.
"Everyone had a bit of a laugh about it."
Rain or shine, Mr Duncan has been to every Kiama Red Hot Summer Tour so far - and this year will be no exception.
"Last year it was good to get one when the sun was finally out, but even in the rain everyone had fun dancing in the mud and taking it all in," he said.
He said security did tell him to put his pants back on - but he wasn't the only one getting into the groove.
"A few of the older folk were letting their hair down and just getting into it - I think they get to relive their youth a little bit as well," he said.
"It's a good chance to catch up with friends and have a get together.
"Even in a small community like Kiama to get those big name bands coming down, everyone gets in the moment, and you just let loose and enjoy it."
He said the venue at Kiama was unique.
"It's such a great place, looking at the water with the lighthouse in the background," he said.
"There's not a better place to listen to some classic rock music and make good memories with your friends."
If you do turn out to this years tour, keep an eye out for Mr Duncan, and his distinct sense of style.
"The budgie smugglers might turn out again this year - I'll definitely have them on underneath."
