Gerringong author unveils latest novel to local audiences
A newly released historical romance – The Men and the Medium – written by Gerringong author Lyn Behan, was officially launched at Kiama Library in November.
The book, which is based on a true story, follows the life of Lily Bancroft, a spiritualist medium and healer together with her three husbands, set against the backdrop of two world wars.
The Men and the Medium is available for $25 from Gerringong Newsagency, Fern Street, Gerringong and Jennie’s Book Nook, Centrepoint Arcade, Kiama.
Minnamurra’s Heather McAlpine rises to a new challenge
Relationship therapist and consultant, Heather McAlpine, recently launched a book she co-authored – Elevate Your Wellbeing – which is part of an international number one bestseller series.

Jamberoo author Alan Baxter releases new novel, 'Devouring Dark'
Jamberoo dark fiction author Alan Baxter embraced his “London roots” when writing his new book.
Born in Sussex, England before settling in Australia in 1999, Baxter has penned seven novels and about 80 short stories and novellas.
His new novel Devouring Dark was released in both paperback and e-book formats in November.
