Harris officially launched his first ever solo exhibition at Fern Street Gallery in the heart of Gerringong on Friday night.
Locals and visitors alike were impressed with the work on display.
“Several comments were made about the depth to the images on display, and how it was like looking through a window into the scenes beyond,” Harris said.
It has been a busy time for Harris, with wedding and real estate photography coming into peak season.
“I've been a little distracted in the lead up to this exciting event,” he said.
“But the other resident artists in the gallery, along with local friends and clients have been so supportive and enthusiastic, that it's finally starting to sink in.
“It's quite overwhelming to see the reactions and hear the comments about my work, so overall I'd say I'm quite proud of what I've achieved in sharing this exhibition with Gerringong and it's visitors.”
The exhibition titled ‘Landscapes@85’ will run until Sunday, December 9.
