Hosted by the Gerringong committee of the Children’s Medical Research Institute, the show will be held in the Gerringong Town Hall.

The quilt show is famous for its amazingly varied and beautiful quilts and wall hangings, with more than 70 pieces of work to be on display.
The Gerringong committee’s craft stall will also have a wide variety of handmade Christmas gifts available, including children’s wear, soft toys and Christmas decorations.
The quilt show will be open from 10am to 4pm Friday and Saturday, and from 10am to 2pm Sunday. Entry is $5.
The Tempest Gallery
Following a successful exhibition in Spain, Kiama artist Machteld Hali is opening her gallery to showcase the beautiful range of prints.
The exhibition will be officially opened by artist Tori de Mestre on Friday, November 9 at 6pm.
“Everyone is welcome to the opening where Spanish pinxtos (delicious little snacks on skewers) and Sangria will be plentiful!”
An exhibition of images along ‘The Way’ – photographs by Shane Gardner and prints by Machteld Halie, will be on show at The Tempest Gallery, 21 Holden Avenue, Kiama from November 10-23.

Kiama Auto Expo 2018
The Gerringong and Kiama Rotary Clubs are holding their annual Kiama Auto Expo on Sunday, November 11 at Kiama Showground.
This is an exciting opportunity for all the family to enjoy with an emphasis on fun and entertainment for all ages. Jumping castles, face painting, musical entertainment and refreshments will all be on hand.
For the motor enthusiast there will be a smorgasbord of vehicles on display. The focus is on classic, vintage and veteran cars and bikes but anyone interested in showing a vehicle can take advantage of this opportunity.
Last year’s event was a huge success with 230 cars on display and many stall sites resulting in a stimulating day out.

Remembrance Day service at Gerringong
Gerringong RSL Sub-Branch will hold a Remembrance Day Service at Gerringong RSL Memorial Hall from 10.45am on November 11.
Following the ceremony, a plaque at the beginning of the Commemorative Pathway leading to the Memorial Flagpole where Anzac Day Dawn Services are held, will be unveiled.
The pathway was funded by the Department of Veterans Affairs and was constructed by Kiama Council, Eye Of The Garden and volunteers. After the unveiling, light refreshments will be served.
Weekly Kiama Stingray Show

Art In The Park
Art in the park showcases local works created by local artists, held on the second Sunday of each month (weather permitting).
Artists are on hand working on new paintings and are available to answer questions.
