Mr Bull, a Kiama Quarriers captain/coach, has replaced outgoing director Rob Drummond.
There were eight nominees for seven positions on the board.
All executive positions, including president held by Steve Willis, senior vice president held by Craig Biffin and junior vice president held by Jamie Cockcroft were reelected unopposed.
Mr Willis said Mr Bull’s appointment would provide the club with a broader understanding of the sporting clubs the leagues club sponsors.
“Now we have representation from Australian Rules, rugby league and soccer clubs from both junior and senior competitions on our board,” Mr Willis said.
“The club’s in a strong position.
“Across the state and in Kiama, particularly in retail and hospitality, people’s spending habits are tight at the moment, but we have no worries about that. We’re happy with the position we’re in.
“Because the club is strong, the strong sporting clubs and community groups we sponsor can have confidence to continue with our support.”
