Kiama Rugby Club and Kiama Quarriers are supporting the Rural Aid Buy a Bale initiative.
The Quarriers will host a fundraiser, as Kiama plays Unanderra near Kiama Leisure Centre at 11am on Saturday. Entry is free, the club will ask for donations at the gate, pass the tin around and hold raffles.
“It’s important to me because I have family who are farmers and I’ve seen the impact of drought first-hand,” Quarriers spokeswoman Hayleigh Fisher said.
“Come up and watch and make a donation.”
Youth grade plays at 11am, reserve grade at 1pm and first grade at 3pm.
If you can’t make it, and would like to help, donate to the cause.
