U3A is a worldwide volunteer organisation for anyone wishing to continue learning in their later life. Keep you mind active with talks and courses, relax with meditation, or keep your body active with Tai Chi, Tap and now courtesy of a Kiama Council Grant we offer table tennis.
In Term 3 we offer courses on Table Tennis, Tai Chi/Qigong, Dancing, Music, Mah Jong, Meditation, Fine Art, Book Group, What’s in the News?, Writing Club and the Monday talks program.
