In the majors draw, Geoff McIntyre has reached yet another final with a 31-23 victory over Steve Wills.
It was Wills first final four appearance but McIntyre's experience carried him to the final.
McIntyre will meet Brad Rossiter who was too good for Dean Aitken 31-16.
It is Rossiter's first Major Singles final appearance since returning to the club in 2013.
In the Minor's draw Gary Brown will play in his first final at Kiama with an emphatic 31-8 victory over Neil Campbell. Brown will meet Damien Loone in the final after Loone's 31-28 come from behind victory over Roger Blakey.
Blakey led the tie for most of the way before Loone staged a great fightback to make the final.
Both finals will be played this Sunday.
Finally, the Kookaburras have finished up the regular season in Illawarra pennants with two out of the four grades qualifying for the Zone finals in a fortnight.
Grade three had an impressive 9-1 do or die victory at Warilla and will meet the Gorillas again in the finals in another must win game.
Grade seven also had a 9-1 win away at Windang ensuring top spot in their section.
The sevens have been the benchmark in the competition all season and will be confident in winning the clubs first pennant since 2002.
