The event will start with a presentation from historians Robyn Florance and Alan Clark about the opening of the line in 1893.
The presentations will be followed upstairs in the library with a launch of a collection of never-before-seen photos showing the construction of the railway.
Kiama makers and growers market
From 10am-3pm on Saturday, at Black Beach, Kiama.
More than 60 markets stalls including face painting and jumping castle for the kids. After dark zipline tour
From 7pm Saturday at Illawarra Fly.
The After Dark Zipline Tour will get the adrenaline pumping as you zoom between illuminated trees on the highest Zipline Tour in Australia. Under the cover of darkness, Zippers will navigate a series of cable spans and suspension bridges up to 35 metres above the forest floor including the super zip which is 106 metres long.
Majestic Ocean Art Exhibition
From 10am-10pm Saturday, 10am-6pm Sunday at Little Blowhole Art Bar.
An incredible new exhibition Majestic Ocean by the celebrated artist Arja Valimaki. Finnish born artist Arja (Aria) has won numerous awards and grants and has been a finalist in prizes such as the Wynne Prize at AGNSW, Fisher’s Ghost Art Award and the Meroogal Women’s Art Award.
Jamberoo village market
From 9am-2pm on Sunday, in Reid Park, Jamberoo.
Craft and bric a brac, new goods and used, ladies clothes and babies wear, books and jewellery, wood craft and wonderful food stalls, garden statues and veggies. Something for everybody. Join as customer, a visitors or a participant.
