The co-founder of the Miracle Schools in Lahore Pakistan, Angela is visiting Australia in March to promote the Waterworks program.
The Waterworks program, seeks to provide a safe and reliable supply of water for needy communities around the world.
A good water supply makes very significant changes to these communities. It means their crops can be grown, and the women and children who normally carry the water, can have a job or go to school.
A safe water supply also prevents deaths from water-borne diseases, sanitation and hygiene are improved. The supply of water improves their quality of life in many ways, and helps to break the poverty cycle.
