Mountain is a documentary which pays tribute to adventurers who risk their lives climbing the world’s greatest peaks.
It offers the audience outstanding vision of mountaineers, ice climbers, free soloists, speedflyers, heliskiers, snowboarders, wingsuiters and parachuting mountain bikers up against the elements.
The documentary looks at the changes over the past three centuries as technology has pushed the boundaries for adventure seekers and is collated from more than 2000 hours of footage shot across 15 countries.
Mountain is a collaboration between director Jennifer Peedom and Richard Tognetti's Australian Chamber Orchestra, with the score being recorded in none other than the Sydney Opera House.
