The dinner, presented by South East Local Land Services, is a celebration of all the agriculture industry on the coast represents. The night will be a great chance to mingle with and hear from some of the most interesting and innovative agribusinesses in the region.
Special guest speaker and world-renowned food personality Lyndey Milan will speak on the issue of 'regionality' and how local people give a region its unique qualities.
Milan will also facilitate a panel featuring Kirsty Hambrook from Terrewah Farm, Erin Clare from Crooked River Farm and Tricia Ashelford from Kiama Farmers' Markets.
Guests will be treated to a three-course meal featuring local produce and drinks.
These events are a great way to bring the local industry together, to introduce producers that might not usually cross paths and to showcase interesting and innovative products and practices from across the region.
It's also a great way to highlight the importance of agriculture on the South Coast.
