Michele Lay, principal at Ray White Kiama said it had attracted an “enormous amount of interest”.
Ms Lay said it was purchased off the plan a couple of years ago.
“The purchaser up-spec’ed everything, so everything is different to the original ones off the plan,” she said.
She said potential buyers from Sydney, Canberra and Queensland had expressed interest.
“I think it’s both a holiday place and downsizers (interested), because it is probably something that Kiama hasn’t seen as yet,” Ms Lay said.

“The position speaks for itself… And it’s north-facing, which is really important.”
According to Australian Property Monitors, 4A Barney Street sold for $2.57 million in 2016, and 4B Barney Street sold for $2.6 million last year.
“There’s also been some good off-the-plan sales in that strip,” Ms Lay said.
“It’s sort of turning out to be the Cliff Road of Kiama – it’s millionaires’ row.”
