Our course was picture perfect thanks to our groundsmen and some fortuitous weather for Sunday's semi-final of the Men's Illawarra Pennants, which our club hosted.
I am informed that many of our visitors were complimentary about the presentation of our course.
Craig Davis mowed down the opposition in the 12-Hole Chook Run with a hot 30 points.
Peter Rush's 27 points is usually good enough to win, but he had to be content with the runner-up spot.
Balls went to Jake Taylor (26), Ian Woodlands (25) and Luke Taylor (24).
Excitement is mounting with the Ladies Gerringong Open this Thursday and the Men's Club Championships beginning on Saturday, April 5.
