The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located at 21 Hothersal Street, Kiama.
Selling agent, Scott Douglas, Raine and Horne Kiama director said the old world weatherboard beach house had been restored and modernized, while still retaining its original character, charm and feel.
It features include original hardwood flooring, stain glass windows and restored exterior timber boards.
The main bedroom is large in size with walk-in robe leading to the ensuite.
Other features include a new modern kitchen with stone benchtops, reverse cycle air conditioning, glass louvre windows and charming fencing and modern gates.
Mr Douglas said they were now previewing the property to gauge interest as to whether they would go to auction or sell beforehand.
“If we get an acceptable offer in the next three weeks we’ll sell it, otherwise they’ll be an auction at the end of January,” he said.
“But I’m getting inundated with inquiries.
“It’s just a classic beach cottage; walk to town, walk to the beach.
“It’s nearly a hundred years old, but it’s been really well-kept.
“They’ve rejigged a few things; new bathrooms, kitchen and just made a couple of internal changes.”
Mr Douglas expected it would sell for up to $900,000.
Forces unite in the Kiama and Gerringong market
First National Coast and Country is the new name aiming to make a big splash in the real estate market throughout the Kiama and Gerringong area.
Following the merger of the Harcourts and McGrath agencies in Kiama with First National Gerringong, the new entity will focus on both coastal and rural properties.
Terry Digger and Jason Stalgis, the principals behind the First National agency in Gerringong, will lead the new Coast and Country business.
“Our focus is to deliver a whole new level of expertise across the coastal and rural property sector; combining top results, outstanding customer service with an enhanced support network," Mr Digger said.

The new-look business will operate from the former McGrath office at 2/110-112 Terralong Street, Kiama.
The team from the former Harcourts office will move a few doors down the street to join forces with their new colleagues.
Mr Stalgis will remain in the Gerringong office to lead the team in the south precinct.
