Kiama Seaside Markets
At Black Beach, Kiama, on Sunday from 9am-3pm.
Spend the day in beautiful Kiama and browse through the popular seaside craft market. Inspect the array of country craft, artisan and antique ware on display, as well as bric-a-brac, collectibles, plants and beautiful homemade items. A great shopping experience for the whole family, right in the heart of Kiama.
Art exhibition
The Kiama Arts Trail is having a group exhibition at the Old Fire Station, Terralong Street, Kiama on Saturday and Sunday.
Admission is free.
The Kiama Arts Trail is a group of local Kiama based artists of all mediums.
String quartet
On Sunday from 2pm at Gerringong Town Hall.
Gerringong Music Club welcomes a new and exciting string quartet, The Pietra, with principal violinist Anna Da Silva Chen - Violin I, Ben Tjoa - Violin II, Justin Julian - Viola and Miles Mullin-Chivers - Cello. The Pietra Quartet was formed in mid-2016 by four Sydney Conservatorium students. Recently, the group were chosen to participate in the annual Estivo Summer Chamber Music Festival and travelled to Verona, Italy where they received tuition and masterclasses from Eberhard Feltz, Johannes Meissl, Niklas Schmidt and Goetz Richter. Their programme includes Beethoven and Debussey.
Tickets are on sale at the door from 1.30pm.
Concert is FREE for members / students and children
