A blaze started inside one of the residences on the luxury wedding and events property, located on the Princes Highway north of the Gerringong township.
Fire crews from Dunmore, Gerringong, Albion Park and Kiama attended the scene, together with NSW Police and NSW Ambulance.
“There was a fire that had also spread to a roof area, with the help of brigades from Dunmore, Albion Park and Kiama, we were able to put it out quickly and commenced a bit of an overhaul and check that it was all done and dusted,” Gerringong Rural Fire Services senior deputy captain Adam Walmsley said.
There were cleaners in the building at the time the fire broke out, but nobody was injured.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage.
“At this stage we are unable to say, the fire investigators will come and have a look,” Mr Walmsley said.
