Williams, who’s Power have already reached this year’s grand final following a four-point win against Wollongong Lions on Saturday, polled 22 votes, edging out Bulldogs’ Nicholas O’Connell on 20 and Lions’ Ben Green on 18.

Kiama’s Rod Richards was named coach of the year.
Other award winners included; Lions’ Alex Cotter (leading goal kicker in first grade with 87), Bulldogs’ Andrew Watson (leading goal kicker in reserve grade with 54), Lions’ Ben Green (representative player of the year), Blake Gonchee (Brian Archer umpire development award), Tim O’Shea (golden whistle award), Figtree AFC (Max Avery best club award), Dapto City’s Schell Yates (volunteer of the year).
Ulladulla’s Harrison Donohue won the reserve grade best and fairest award.
Kiama Power are chasing their first flag in six years, and will have both grades in the decider at North Dalton Park, after a convincing win over the Lions in reserves earlier in the day.
“We’re priding ourselves on the way both sides have gone about their business this year,” coach Rod Richards said.
“We’re not just trying to win the senior flag, we’re trying to win them both. We’re getting 40 to 50 blokes at training, so we’re pretty happy.”
