The 2017/18 season at the largest water theme park in NSW begins when the gates open at 10am on September 23.
Marketing director James Cook said this year there will be plenty more thrills, adventure and excitement at the adventure park that will be open for more than 130 days in the coming months.
More work has been down around The Perfect Storm over the winter break to further improve what Jamberoo Action Park describes in its marketing as the tallest, longest, most exciting water ride of its kind in the world.
It features three tornados that violently twist and rotate around each other.
Other attractions open this spring and summer include the two giant water slides with five-person rafts called The Taipan, along with the Australiana-themed Banjo’s Billabong with interactive area and over 198 different water features.
Billabong Beach continues to provide a good area for the young children with its heated shallow pools and mini water slides.
The Rock, a five-metre jump into a pool that looks like a lagoon, remains.
As does the the 100-metre-long Splash Out Water Slides and Surf Hill with its 18 metre drop and eight lanes.
As for the old favourites, such as the 500 metre long Chair Lift and one kilometre long Mountain Toboggan ride, nothing has changed.
Jamberoo Action Park season passes for the 2017/18 season can already be ordered online at www.jamberoo.net.
