Fairfax Media can now reveal Fisk is the Shoalhaven man who was arrested by Ulladulla police on April 5 and faces 11 charges of having sexual intercourse with a child aged.
The 69-year-old was charged over an alleged sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy and refused bail on April 6 in Milton Local Court.
At the time Magistrate Gabriel Fleming said he faced a number of very serious offences and a likely jail sentence if convicted.
Magistrate Fleming made note of Fisk’s lengthy criminal record and history of similar matters.
She told the court the charges came from a complaint to a help line.
“It appears to be a strong case with a custodial sentence likely if convicted,” Magistrate Fleming said.
Police will allege Fisk befriended the boy in January this year and developed a sexual relationship with him.
In June a lawyer for the Director of Public Prosecutions told Nowra Local Court police were investigating claims from other alleged victims of Fisk and further charges may be laid.
Fisk spent 12 years in jail for sexual offences against young boys.
He was last released in May 2008 and was subject to two high risk offender supervision order extensions, the last of which expired in March 2016.
Bail was formally refused by Magistrate Fleming in Tuesday’s appearance and he will reappear in Nowra Local Court on August 22.
