A matching pair of model owls now overlook the main entrance, and are designed to deter those causing the drama.
Kiama Council has received a number of reports in recent weeks of people being harassed by pee wees at the western end of Terralong Street, including the car park at Kiama Village.
“Staff have posted signs to warn pedestrians of the pee wee behaviour,” a council spokesperson said.
“Council is seeking permission from the National Parks and Wildlife Service to catch and remove the bird(s) behaving aggressively.”
