Each year in the lead-up to the festival a launch party is held to recognise the work that goes in to creating the Shoalhaven’s largest food event.

This year the celebration was held at Bottle Rocket in Nowra. It was a last chance for winery owners, staff, supporters, organisers and foodies, catch-up before the long weekend, June 10 to 12.
