Two seminars will be held at the Berry Bowling Club on Wednesday, June 14.
At the seminars, residents will learn how they can reduce their electricity bills by 40 to 65 per cent with solar and 80 to 95 per cent with both solar and batteries.
Experts will be at the free seminars to answer questions and guide people on the best solutions for their specific needs.
Technologies will include solar power, battery storage and a new Australian-made energy trading system, which can halve the payback of a battery storage investment.
Carolyn Lee, Director of The Energy Efficiency Experts will deliver the presentations.
She has worked in the renewable technology and sustainability industries for more than ten years.
A recent CHOICE Consumer Pulse Report found that three in 10 Australians, struggling to get by on their current incomes, are worried about their power bills, with electricity coming in at the number one cost concern, even ahead of food and medical expenses.
Two sessions will be run, with the first at 11am to 12.30pm and the second from 7pm to 8.30pm.
