At Bonaira Oval, the visitors led by four points at quarter time but a 10 goal to zero second quarter by the Power fuelled the win – leaving the Tigers with two wins and two losses on the season.
In the loss, the goal kickers for the Tigers were Coery Warrington (two), Jack Boxell, Matt Polman, Tom Hines and Ben Girling one.
The best on ground for Bomaderry were John Muggleton, Jeremy O'Byrne, Hines, Boxell, Luke McCann and Tyson Sue.
The Nowra/Albatross Vikings also had a tough day at the office on Saturday, losing 27.20-182 to 0.1-1 to the Wollongong Vikings – therefore opening the season with four straight losses.
In other first grade results, the Wollongong University Bulldogs defeated the Figtree Kangaroos 14.10-94 to 7.4-46 at Keira Oval, while at Myimbarr Oval, the Shellharbour City Suns defeated Northern Districts 17.11-113 to 7.6-48.
