Scott Willmott is believed to be travelling in NSW with Annabella, aged 8, Memphis, aged five, and Noah, aged two.
They were last seen at 11pm on Saturday in a red Ford Laser with Queensland registration plates, 737EMO, possibly heading to Melbourne.
There have been reports the vehicle was seen in Bega on Sunday.
Efforts to contact Mr Willmott have been unsuccessful and Queensland Police are appealing for anyone with information about their whereabouts, or who may have seen the group, to contact police.
