A Warrigal Care minibus driver charged over a fatal crash on the M1 Princes Motorway at Yallah last Wednesday has been identified in court as 63-year-old Michael Ryan.

Ryan fronted Wollongong Local Court for the first time on Tuesday, where he entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of dangerous driving occasioning death.
Police have also charged Ryan with negligent driving occasioning death.
Ryan was driving the near-full minibus along the motorway shortly before midday on January 25 when it allegedly collided with the front end of a fuel tanker and flipped across the northbound lanes.
Eighty-eight-year-old Margaret Russell was killed in the crash.
A further 11 people were taken to hospital for treatment.
The Mercury has previously reported the injured passengers were not residents of a Warrigal Care facility but were taking part in its social outreach program.
Ryan remains on bail but has been ordered not to drive.
He will return to court on April 12.
