“There have been just under 9000 to the visitors’ centre since Boxing Day,” Lisa Kelsey, operations manager for Kiama Tourism said on Thursday. “Kiama was lucky enough to host the Junior World Surfing Championships… a great boost for the region and local businesses and showcased our beautiful Kiama on the world stage.”
