Name: Nick Guggisberg.
Occupation: Manager Community and Cultural Development for Kiama council.
Suburb: Kiama Central.
Hometown: Melbourne.
Hobbies: Playing music, cooking/eating food, collecting/drinking wine, building stuff, enjoying our beautiful environment, going on family holidays.
Fun fact about you: As a musician, I’ve played all around Australia from remote area Aboriginal communities through to big festivals such as the Big Day Out and WOMADelaide.
My favourite thing about the area is: The extraordinary access to: mountains, rainforest, beaches, fantastic local food, open spaces, an engaged and involved community, and a wonderful council who work so proactively to make it a wonderful place to live.
What makes the area unique: The environment, the people, its history and the level of service provision. My mum, who’s just bought a house here, would also say the beautiful flowers that council maintains in the gardens around the various towns and villages.
