“It is fantastic that this $28,062 funding will support the Gerringong RSL Sub- Branch to upgrade the Soldiers Memorial Hall,” Kiama MP Gareth Ward said.
“This hall has played host to many community functions, events, birthday parties and forums. This upgrade will make a real difference.
“The Gerringong RSL Sub-Branch continues to do great work in our local community and I hope this grant serves as public recognition of my very high regard for their service.
“In particular, I would like to acknowledge State Secretary and CEO of the NSW RSL and Gerringong RSL Sub-Branch Member Glenn Kolomeitz, John Kaehler and Bill Popple for their tremendous efforts on the Gerringong RSL Sub-Branch Committee.”
