Jay Anthony Cotterell, 21, appeared before Magistrate Gabriel Fleming in Nowra Local Court on Monday facing three charges of driving recklessly, eight counts of prolonged sustained loss of traction (burnout), two counts of driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, negligent driving and two counts of using a mobile phone while driving.
It is alleged the incidents happened at a number of locations in Sanctuary Point over a 28-day period from October 10 through to November 7, including Boronia Avenue, Waratah Crescent, Paradise Beach Road and Clifton Street.
The matters will be back in court on January 16.
