Homebuyers can purchase two, three or four-bedroom off-the-plan homes which range from $595,000 to $1,025,000.
The project began in the late 70’s when Shellhabour City Council bought 400 hectares of beachfront rural land as a long term investment and began to investigate the tourism potential of the site.
The council is jointly developing the precinct with Frasers Property Australia, and – according to the latest feasibility study – will share in a profit of more than $143 million.
The homes are expected to be completed in December 2017.
