A 79-year-old Wandandian man charged after being involved in an accident on the Princes Highway at Tomerong last year has appeared in Nowra court. Anthony Davies appeared before Magistrate Susan McGowan charged with negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and not giving way to a vehicle. The court heard Davies was driving on the Princes Highway on July 31 when he allegedly attempted to turn into Island Point Road, colliding with a ute.
